    And that eliminates Latvia, Sweden, and Croatia from qualifying. The Netherlands will advance if they beat or tie Malta. Malta will advance if they beat the Netherlands by 4. If Malta wins by 1-3 points, then the Netherlands can still advance if Croatia beats Sweden and Latvia.
