Brazil, the winner of the CONSUR B tournament played in Asuncion, meets Trinidad and Tobago, the winner of NAWIRA B Tournament played in Cayman Islands, in the first leg of this playoff. They meet again the following week with the winner on aggregate proceeding to WCQ America Round 2.
