Upsets, upsets, upsets!!
Italy scored their first win over France in the 6 Nations competition. Italy entered the competition in 2000. Italy had defeated France prior to that but it was an historic day for Italian rugby.

Wales were a little fortunate in their win over Ireland. An incorrect refereeing decision in which the wrong ball was thrown into a quick lineout which resulted in the winning try, saw Ireland lose.

Georgia won the 2011 ENC 1A competition with a good win over Romania. With one game in hand they cannot be overtaken on the points table. And Georgia can thank Spain for that as the Spanish caused a 25-10 upset win over neighbours Portugal.

Russia won well against the Ukraine whilst in Division 1B Poland upset competition leaders Belgium 28-21 whilst Czech Republic upset Germany 29-23.

In the other ENC game, in 2D, Cyprus crushed closest rival Bulgaria 55-8 at home to give them a huge lead.

Tomorrow Scotland face England at Twickenham in the 6 Nations Tournament and for the Calcutta Cup.
