Preview
Chile won comfortably 32-3 over Brazil last weekend. They have their France-based players available, two forwards. This gives Chile a much stronger team than they fielded last year.

Paraguay struggled against Uruguay in the opening CONSUR A game played in early April. They lost 3-77. They will be a stronger proposition in front of their home crowd playing in their brand new stadium.
