This is an initiative by these two rugby nations that is to be welcomed and encouraged. Brazil won the first test 50-14 mid week without fielding their strongest side. I’d expect them to win easily today.
Brazil is about to enter the fray in CONSUR A. This series is a warm up for that tournament.
For Mexico this will be a valuable learning experience. They were bundled out of the NACRA Caribbean Championship early on, losing 23-50 to USA South in Atlanta. That was to be their only outing in 2013 until the invitation came from Brazil.
Prediction: Brazil to win by 50 points.
