Cayman Islands coach Brad Cowdroy has made a number of changes from the side that lost 18-19 to Jamaica 2 weeks ago. To progress the Caymans must defeat Mexico convincingly. They do have the home advantage and I’d expect them to be more competitive against the Mexicans than they were against Jamaica.

Mexico is the form team but I would expect the Caymans to be very competitive in front of their home crowd. I expect a close game.
