UAE would be very disappointed with this result. Surely they would have wanted a closer score line than the 60 points they leaked to HK in the December test match at home. Hong Kong backs just too pacey by reports.
Qatar had a most successful tournament. In 2011 there wasn’t a promotion out of Division 4. Not sure about 2012.
