Cyprus has already gained promotion to ENC 2B for 2014-16, Hungary will play either Andorra and Denmark in the promotion playoff. Bulgaria is automatically relegated to ENC 2D for 2014-16 whilst Austria plays either Bosnia Herzegovina or Luxembourg in the relegation playoff.
