Guyana v Trinidad Tobago in Port of Spain (NACRA Caribbean Champ., South R3)
Venue: CIC College Grounds
Referee:
Preview
Trinidad and Tobago has two distinct advantages over the visiting Guyanian team. Firstly, they have already played a test match, last weekend, defeating Barbados 17-10. Secondly, they are playing at home. Last weekend they thirteen new players who will now know what is required to play test rugby.
We know nothing of the Guyanian team. We do know that they gave the Trinidad Tobago side a good fight before losing by 16 points at the 2008 Caribbean Championship/World Cup qualifying match in the Cayman Islands.
A win today will ensure that Trinidad Tobago will play in the Caribbean final against the winner of the northern zone.
