The rugby union test fixture in Oslo is part of the European Nations Cup, Division 3B. This will be Norway's first rugby test match for the 2008-10 season whilst Hungary lost 26-32 to Slovenia 2 weeks ago. The other teams in this division are Austria and Denmark.
