Preview
Both Hungary and Bulgaria look to be the only teams who have a remote chance of catching the Cyprus rugby team and win ENC 2C.

Hungary’s one point loss to Cyprus in April was certainly encouraging. It was the third one-point margin in a row for Hungary this season. On the FIRA-AER forum it has been indicated that Hungary will have some overseas-based players available.

Cyprus apart, Bulgaria has had some close results and some good wins in this competition. So little is known, however, about this Bulgarian lineup.
