This is the first time these two teams have met in a rugby test match.
Sweden were unable to get Sebastian Taylor and Conor Murphy released form the English and Irish clubs respectively.
Moldova will be without five key players. The brothers Arhip, Titică, Leon, Prepeliţ and Vadim Cobîlaş. The five are scheduled on the same day to play in the final of Russian Championship, while Vadim Cobîlaş plays on Friday, Oct. 26, in the Aviva Premiership for Worcester Warriors.
