Rwanda 28, Burundi 3 in Kigali (CAR Division 2, South, Final)
Review
Developing the game of rugby at the international level is a tough ask. Six teams were originally scheduled to attend this tournament. Tanzania, DR Congo and Seychelles all pulled out in the lead up to the tournament. Then Burundi were to play Rwanda twice but then only the once.
On the match itself Rwanda won easily. Rwanda has won the last three tests against Burundi. Word has it that Rwanda will be promoted to Division 1 in 2012.
