Tonga 32, Fiji 20 in Lautoka (World Cup warm-up, 2nd test)

Tonga reversed last weekend’s result with a confidence-boosting 12 point win over Fiji. This was the final workout for both teams before they head to the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
Tonga took an early lead, Fiji fought back but lost their first half advantage through poor discipline. No. 8 Sisa Koyamaibole was yellow-carded jut before half time and broke the Fijian dominance.
Tonga scored two quick tries early in the second half, brilliant kicker Kurt Morath did the rest and Fiji were sunk.
Fiji’s injury woes continue and discipline is still an issue.
