The IRB is continuing its ambitious programme of cross-continental international rugby amoung tier 2 and 3 nations. Namibia, Canada and the USA are currently touring Europe.

These two teams have never meet before in international test rugby 15s.

New Spanish coach has made a number of changes from the 22-60 loss to Canada two weeks ago. I suspect he is still trying out new players as he seems to have well and truly swept the cupboard out. Lots of new combinations to be created so I guess it is experimental time before the serious business of the European Nations Cup come February.

Namibia were well short of the mark against Portugal. More time together as a team both socially and in training will improve them. They may still catch the Spanish under prepared
